Fully Fitted Kitchen with all mod cons, Large Lounge (offering a wonderful view of Lake Awaddy) has an open Stone Fire Place, leather recliner suite (seats 6), Spiral staircase leads to cosy loft area (ideal for children over 4) with Bean Bags and Fouton Chairs.

Double Doors from the Lounge open out onto a large deck complete with Wooden Swing Seat, Table and Chairs for al fresco dining. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer, Instant hot water system & Gas central heating.

Lake Awaddy (a well known fishing lake) is 2mins walk from the from the front door. 5mins walk takes you to the Equestrian Centre, Saloon Bar & Restaurant. There's a Children's Playground & Tennis Court on site and use of Rowing Boats & Life Jackets on the Lake.
"The Outpost" is 2hrs 15 mins drive from Dublin.

If you want to get out & about, try Glenview Folk Museum (10 mins away), or Ballinamore Town (12mins drive) which offers Shops, Restaurants & Pubs as does the lively town of Carrick-on-Shannon (30mins Drive) which also offers a range of shopping centers and leisure activities - bowling, swimming pool & cinema to mention but a few.

Golfers will be delighted to know there are courses to suit you within a 45min drive - Slieve Russell 18 Hole Championship Course, Carrick-on-Shannon 18 Hole Course & Ballinamore 9 Hole Course. Golf Clubs & Tennis racquets can be supplied on request.
